So I finally attempted a card with patterned paper... yay, me! I used a pretty pattern of dragonflies with soft blues and greens along with my more bold, yet still soft, blue and green solids. Add a ribbon and viola! Super simple. Now I'm still trying to figure out a mother's day card and gift, as well as something for teacher appreciation week. I keep reading that it's this week, but there is nothing appreciative going on at my school so I'm a little confused. Maybe middle school teachers just aren't appreciated (sort of like middle school students... Ha! I guess we're even then!)? Happy crafting all!
